I'm writing a book ("Hunter's Moon"), and this chapter is inspired by a YouTube short of Matthew West's.
I presented a possible chapter here, with links from other places, to get some measure of feedback. My feedback after nearly five months is ... nil.
Because of this, I will remove the text in preparation of either adding to the manuscript, or not.
